Giovanni just retired, bought a House and wanted to rent out the ground level for additional income. He was Michael's car mechanic and knew about his quality work. Michael put 2 new door and replaced his old entrance door at the entrance room.
Part of the old living room become the new kitchen. A partition wall got built, also a new laundry room, new door from living room to the covered deck. A bath room Fan plus new ducting needed to be created. New baseboards and door trims. Michael did basic electrical work, new outlets for new Kitchen and Laundry room, and new plumbing, new duct for new Kitchen Fan. Tiling back splash, all painting and tones of other details. Still waiting for final Photos. Everything turned out great and looks very beautiful to the detail. Giovanni is more than Happy and ALMOST sad that he will not live on the ground level when everything looks so beautiful now. Smiley
